SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for building/leading our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, provide reporting on specific KPIs and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, business development, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Must have previous experience in aviation in a similar role with a proven track record. References will be required.

From $150,000 a year –  Full-time

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base (wholesale and retail)

· Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals

· Analyze market trends and provide feedback to executive team

· Provide weekly reporting to executive team

· Analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities

· Oversee sales activities, including customer service initiatives and technology sales efforts

· Maximize customer acquisition and retention through collaborative leadership efforts between sales, operations and customer service teams

· Drive marketing campaigns with proven results

· Develop, manage and track sales funnel for new business

· Manage key client relationships and participate in business development activities

· Provide leadership, training and guidance to the sales team, ensuring high levels of motivation and engagement

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA is a plus

· Proven experience in sales management (5+ years), with a minimum of 7 years in a senior sales role

· Strong ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective sales strategies

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a high-performing sales team

· Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

· Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities

· Exhibit a “can do” attitude

· Present solutions in coordination with problems
